Nike Reveal Corinthians’ 2018/19 Away Kit
Yesterday we showed you both Corinthians’ new home kit, as well as their Brazilian rivals – Palmeiras’ away kit. The Brasileiro Série A has just gotten underway so whether the season looks bright is yet to be decided but one thing is certain: Corinthians are looking to make a splash with this new away kit from Nike.
The colouring is black and grey, very simple, but the pattern is a little more complex. The world-renowned designers have opted for a messy camouflage style, perfectly highlighting each of the logos, as well as the crest. In yesterday’s post we pointed out the simplicity of their home kit and how well it actually worked compared to some other very basic kits. Here, the pattern is unique, making them stand out on the world football stage.
On the nape of the kit top four vertical black lines feature, as they do on the home kit. While the pattern of the overall top is completely different, it is very nice to see the continuity between the two jerseys with this small detials
The Brazilian team are currently sat in second place, just one point behind Flamengo. Perhaps this new away kit will feature when dominating other teams whilst on their travels. Perhaps the league will be won by the team wearing this exact kit, however one thing is certain: this new kit is unlike many other kits on the scene, it’s simple, stylish and perfect for an away kit.
