Rangers 2016-17 Home Kit LEAKED!
Ahead of their return to the big time, photos the Glasgow Rangers home kit for 2016/17 leaked onto the web recently. It’s been a long haul back to the top flight but winning the Scottish Championship in Mark Warburton‘s first season in charge sees them return to the Premiership after four seasons away.
Glasgow Rangers 2016/17 Home Kit
This is the home shirt Glasgow Rangers will wear for the 2016/17 season.
It’s a familiar royal blue shirt with white trim which will stride onto the Ibrox turf in next season’s Scottish Premiership.
Manufactured by Puma for the fourth successive season, the ostensibly plain top features subtle gradiented shades on the shirt. The body has larger angular squares of lighter and darker royal blue, in an almost chevron-like layout. Meanwhile on the sleeves are smaller chequered light and dark royal blue squares.
The collar is white, finishing with a wrapped v-shape at the front. On the top of the neckline is a thin royal blue band. Leading from the collar is blue shoulder panel that travels the length of the sleeve to the cuff, housing the Puma logo on each shoulder.
The club crest sits on the left breast opposite the Puma trademark, with primary shirt sponsor, 32red, siting their logo in the centre of the shirt in white.
It’s a safe shirt design to mark the fallen giants return to the top flight. A mirror image of how they want the season to go? Safe, no fuss and with little complaint.
