Wolves Release Their 2016/17 Goalkeeper Kits
Wolverhampton Wanderers have released their home and away goalkeeper kits for the 2016/17 season. With the outfield players away kit yet to be released, the goalkeepers are ahead of the game.
Wolves 2016/17 Goalkeeper Kits
This is the kit which the Wolves goalkeepers will wear for home matches.
All black, Puma has used the same template that Arsenal issued for their 2016/17 kits.
The black shirts have yellow, pink andblue splashes on each sleeve. On the long-sleeved version of the shirt, the blue bar is longer, pushing the other splashes to cover the elbow area.
The shirt comes with a rounded collar that will have an old gold trim around the back, giving way to a rounded front which is all in black.
For their away matches, the discretion of the home kit gives way to vivid pink!
Mirroring the design of the home kit, the sleeves feature multi-coloured bars with the black shoulder panel leading to a sky blue bar on the bicep. The lower arm features a small yellow block leading into a longer black one.
Sponsors, the money shop, have their logo on the centre of both shirts whilst Wolves club crest is on the left breast with Puma’s logo on the right.
The collar on the away shirt is dual-banded with a full pink lower band and a rear half-collar upper band.
Initial reactions have been favourable and as with the recently released home strip, the sales of these are expected to be “positive”.
