Olympique Marseille have had their brand new 125th anniversary kit leaked online. Images have surfaced of the Ligue 1 club’s special anniversary strip being sold in retail stores despite not yet being released.
Manufactured by German sporting brand Puma, the Olympique Marseille 2024/25 125th anniversary kit is primarily white. An old school collar is complimented well by unique sleeve cuffs, which are reversible and include “1899”, the year the club was founded. The use of the club’s 1990’s badge has also been implemented into the strip, paying homage to their historic Champions League win in 1992. Puma as well as shirt sponsor CMA CGM have allowed their logos to be whitened on the shirt.
The club had an average 2023/24 campaign, finishing 8th in Ligue 1. Former Brighton manager Roberto De Zerbi has taken over as manager of the French club as they aim to have a successful season. They have started the 2024/25 campaign with two wins and one draw.
