Middlesbrough are set to wear a white-out strip in their upcoming fixture against Coventry City. The club are hoping the decision will help raise awareness and highlight the dangers of knife crime.
Manufactured by Errea, the Middlesbrough 2024/25 all-white kit consists of a fully white-out strip besides the Errea logo which is in a slightly lighter grey. The one-off shirts will be sold at auction to raise funds for the Chris Cave Foundation, a local charity which supports victims of violent crime.
Arsenal have done a similar campaign in the past during FA Cup fixtures.
Boro are currently 9th in the Championship and will be hopeful of having another solid campaign under the management of former Manchester United midfielder Michael Carrick.
In other news, Sporting Lisbon have released a brand new 2024/25 special kit.
