Manchester City To Release 2024 Chinese New Year Shirt

Manchester City and Puma have come together again to create a stunning 2024 Chinese New Year shirt. Puma posted a video online teasing the jersey, which is set to be released on January 18th to celebrate the Lunar New Year in various Asian countries.

The forthcoming jersey is predominantly white, adorned with a captivating grey dragon effect that gracefully runs through the entire strip. This design pays homage to 2024 being the Year of the Dragon, adding a special touch to the celebratory release.

Rumours suggest that Puma is not stopping at just a unique shirt design – there’s speculation of a special number font being created exclusively for this jersey. Building on the success of the previous year, it is highly likely that Puma and Manchester City will launch an entire collection surrounding this special edition, including a tracksuit, t-shirt, and pants.

Puma and Manchester City joined forces in February 2019, agreeing a 10-year deal worth £65 million a year. City fans have been delighted with the jerseys that the German manufacturers have designed since joining forces with the club.

It is yet to be announced when Manchester City could potentially wear the jersey, but the special number font suggests it could be used in an FA Cup match.
