Photographs of Paris St Germain‘s away shirt have leaked onto the web. Kit manufacturer Nike has used its template which featured prominently at Euro 2016 with several countries using a similar style.
Paris St Germain 2016/17 Away Kit
This is the away shirt Paris St Germain will wear during the 2016/17 season.
In fact, the shirt is the same as the one England took for their disastrous French campaign? The Parisians will be hoping that isn’t an omen for the coming season and that their dominance over French football isn’t going to collapse around their ears.
The shirt features two shades of red. The lighter body features a blue stripe down either side of the body. Nike’s logo and that of prime sponsor, Emirates Airlines, are both included with font. The club’s crest sits on the left breast.
The shoulders and sleeves are a darker red, with the pattern comprising red and white herringbone stripes. The collar is a curved v-shape with a blue band around the back to either side of neck, ending at collarbone level.
On the inside of the collar is the slogan, “ICI C’EST PARIS”: Now this is Paris
Nike’s template has previously seen the shorts match the body of the shirt. The socks contrast with the rest of the kit and are most likely going to be the blue of the trim.
