Juventus have debuted their brand new 2024/25 home kit with a unique sponsor. The Serie A giants will temporarily use the charity Save the Children as their front-of-shirt sponsor.
The jersey debuted in the club’s opening Serie A fixture against newly promoted Como, which the Old Lady won 3-0. Juve has been in partnership with the charity since 2018 and many fans have appreciated the gesture of including them as temporary sponsors.
ITA Airways had previously been in talks with Juventus to become their new main shirt sponsor, but the deal was ultimately blocked by Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni.
It is yet to be seen if Juve will get a new main sponsor in the coming weeks. We have previously seen charities as main sponsors in the football world, the most famous example being UNICEF’s iconic partnership with FC Barcelona which ran from 2006-2011.
The 2024/25 campaign will be an important season for Juve as they will try their best to regain the Serie A title from rivals Inter Milan under the guidance of new head coach Thiago Motta.
In other news, Venezia debuted their brand new 2024/25 home kit.
