The Italy Euro 2024 away jersey pays homage to the Azzurri’s Fifa World Cup victory.
Adidas have taken inspiration from their Teamgeist design and applied it to this stunning
Italian away shirt. The mainly white jersey has dashes of the Italian tricolour throughout,
with old school panels on both sides of the body of the strip.
Teams such as Spain and France wore the Teamgeist design at the 2006 Fifa World
Cup and you can see the similarities in the new Italian shirt. Although Italy were
supplied by Puma during their victorious 2006 campaign, there are some similarities
with the new jersey. The shirt also shows the new Italian badge, which was released in
2023.
Current reigning champions of the Euros after their victory against England in 2020,
Italy will hope to regain the trophy once more under the new management of Luciano
Spalletti. The Azzurri will face tough competition with Spain, Croatia and Albania joining
them in Group B.
