Did we tell you how much we liked the Inter Milan home strip for the 2016/17 season? Well, the Nike designed away kit is even better!
The Nerazzurri will wear a unique design from long-standing kit manufacturing partner, Nike, for next season, incorporating the major elements of their iconic home strip. Speculation is rife that Inter, whose deal with Pirelli now excludes their training gear, are set to end their twenty-one year partnership with the tyre conglomerate.
It’s rumoured that Suning Group, Inter’s new Chinese owners, are looking at their own domestic market for new sponsors.
Inter Milan 2016/17 Away Kit
This is the Inter Milan away kit to be worn for the 2016/17 season.
It is, ladies and gentlemen, so classy as to be almost beyond words.
The shirt oozes Italian style. The black and blue of the home kit features in horizontal bands across the lower part of the sleeve. Within the upper blue band are black hoops whilst the black band features blue hoops, both to stunning effect.
The curved v-neck collar is white with a blue band and similar black pinstripes, which runs around the back of the neck to the collarbone on their side of the front. Down the sides of the body is a blue band, once again with black pinstripes.
Nike and Pirelli’s logos are in blue on the front of the shirt, with the Inter crest on the left breast.
The plain white shorts have a continuation of the blue band down the outside of each leg with Nike’s insignia in blue, opposite the Inter badge which sits on the right thigh.
In keeping with their current template, Nike have issued different coloured socks. The home kit has yellow, the away, blue, with both ‘Nike’ and ‘Inter’ printed on the front of each shin.
It is quite simply an away kit to make us all jealous.
