Hajduk Split Announce Kit Deal with Adidas
Hajduk Split have announced a brand new kit deal with German sports manufacturing giants Adidas. The new partnership will mean that the Croatian side will end their kit deal with Macron, whom they had been partners with since 2013.
The last and only time Hajduk ever used Adidas jerseys was during the 1991/92 campaign. The clubs away kit was supplied by the iconic brand.
Marinka Akrap, a member of Hajduk’s Management Board, spoke positively about the new partnership. “This collaboration between Hajduk and adidas marks a new era for our Club, bringing freshness and global prestige through association with one of the world’s most recognisable sports brands. . For fans, the new collaboration is an additional reason to be proud, as their favourite players will now wear jerseys with the legendary adidas logo – the distinctive three stripes.”
Head of brand communications for Adidas in Croatia, Slovenia, and Serbia, Petra Franić was also praised the deal. “We are glad that from this season Adidas and Hajduk are joining forces and that we will celebrate all future successes and results together. We are extremely honoured to be able to provide a club with a long tradition of modern and high-quality equipment that it deserves.”
In other news, Palmeiras are set to release a unique gold third kit.
