AIK and Nike Release 100 Year Allsvenskan Jersey
AIK and Nike have joined forces once again to mark a historic milestone in Swedish football history with the release of a commemorative 100 year anniversary jersey. This special edition shirt pays tribute to a century of the Swedish first division, Allsvenskan.
With a record of the team with the most seasons in Allsvenskan, AIK’s contribution to the league is unparalleled. The jersey draws inspiration from AIK’s inaugural season in Allsvenskan back in 1924, adding nostalgia and honouring the club’s heritage.
Featuring a sleek and minimalist design, the predominantly black jersey boasts a striking yellow V-neck and prominently displays the iconic “AIK” across the front.
The first 133 kits were made available through a raffle exclusively for AIK season ticket holders.
In a heartwarming gesture, all proceeds generated from the sale of these special edition jerseys will be directed towards Stadium Sports Camp, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing sports opportunities for children.
AIK and Nike previously released a blackout jersey in 2019, which paid tribute to the clubs foundation. Football shirt collectors from around the globe will anticipate AIK and Nike’s newest collaboration just as much as they did in 2019 as it begins to surface online.
