Despite failing to qualify for the 2018 World Cup being held in Russia, earlier this year The Ivory Coast released their away shirt, designed and produced by Puma.
The collar is the main centre piece of this jersey having the orange, white and green wrapped round the front and back (not across the shoulders). This collar is seen perhaps most effectively from the back, being the country’s flag on a complete blank canvas.
The country’s crest sits proudly on the chest’s left side and Puma’s logo on the opposite side.
Once the World Cup has finished and the winner has lifted the trophy, Ivory Coast will already be preparing for the Africa Cup of Nations qualifying matches, first against Rwanda.
With their simple away kit, it figures that this African international side is focusing on whatever challenge sits on the horizon.
