The release of Real Madrid’s kits is an important event in the football calendar and it’s no surprise that there are continuous leaks of the designs. This time, COPE, a Spanish media outlet, has declared that these are the Real Madrid 2017-18 kits:
Real Madrid 2017-18 Kits Leaked
The home kit, as ever, is all-white but in keeping with Adidas’ attempts to make it look interesting, they’ve changed colour of the accents to blue. It’s sure to have some exotic name like “Cibeles Blue” or maybe Cristiano Ronaldo suggested, “Blue 7” although that sounds more like a boat on the Serpentine than anything else.
On their travels, Real are to wear all-black with a similar blue trim. Against the darker background, it offers a starker contrast and is certainly more eye-catching. Whereas on the home strip the Three Stripes are on the shoulder, they feature down the side of the body here.
The third kit is turquoise, with an interesting graphic pattern creating quadrants on the front of the shirt. The back is plain without patterning. Three stripes surprisingly cross the shoulders here; a better look might be achieved from underarm to hem.
Darker shorts, the same hue as the shirt’s print, are matched with lighter socks.
