The recent bout of World Cup qualifiers saw a spate of new kits released. Estonia were among them, their new Nike manufactured strips available now. It was an inauspicious start; losing in Bosnia may not have been a surprise but the 0 – 5 scoreline certainly was.
It dented their faint hopes of reaching the next World Cup finals to be held on their own doorstep in Russia.
Estonia 2016/17 Home Kit
This is the Estonia home kit for this season:
The kit is the colours of the national flag, blue with black. The shirt is predominantly blue with black trim, prinicipally in the form of black cuffs. The pattern is faded at the sleeve ends, a modernist twist to a straightforward template.
Down the side of the shirt body is a black stripe.
The shorts are black without adornment other than the manufacturer’s mark and crest of the Eesti Jalgpalli Liit, the Estonian Football Association.
Finishing the kit are plain white socks.
Estonia 2016/17 Away Kit
On their travels, Estonia will wear this kit:
The base colour of the kit is white with black trim. The collar is white but a series of dots across the shoulder panel accompany the black cuffs, similar in pattern to the home shirt. On the reverse is a unique font for player identification.
White shorts and blue socks finish the kit.
