Tunisia and Kappa have come together once again to create two beautiful jerseys as
the Saharan nation prepare to take part in the 2024 Africa Cup of Nations. The
competition kicks off on January 13th as Tunisia hope to win the trophy for the first time
in 20 years. Kappa has been Tunisia’s kit supplier since 2019.
The jerseys designed by Kappa have taken inspiration from the El Djem amphitheatre,
which is one of the most historical monuments in the region. It was built in the 3rd
century and became part of the UNESCO heritage in 1979.
The colours of the two shirts are red and white respectively. Both are a polo-shirt style
with a button to close. A stand out edition of the shirt designed by the Italian company is
Kappa logo and the Tunisia badge are a translucent material.
The Eagles of Carthage debuted the shirt on January 6th in a friendly against
Mauritania and will start their AFCON journey on January 16th against Namibia. Kappa
are also the kit supplier for Oman who will also take part in the 2024 Africa Cup of
Nations.
