You Need to See Zamora CF’s Terrifying 2018/19 Third Kit
Here’s a Controversial Third Kit from Zamora CF That Certainly Pushes the Envelope.
Today we talked about lower league football. It didn’t necessarily need talking about, but here at UK Soccer Shop, we love teams from all leagues. Whether you’re competing internationally or in front of only a hundred people, you’re important to us. When kit designs are pushed across our digital desk, we’re usually hoping that the designer has opted for something wacky. Something out of the box. When we were told about Zamora CF’s latest third kit, we were not disappointed. Before we get to the most mind-blowing kit we’ve seen this season, let’s find out who they are.
According to their Wikipedia page:
“Zamora Club de Fútbol is a Spanish football team based in Zamora, in the autonomous community of Castile and León. Founded in 1969 it plays in Tercera División – Group 8, holding home games at Estadio Ruta de la Plata, with a capacity of 8,000 seaters.”
So they aren’t a huge club. How do you market your club to an international audience and make sure everyone knows who you are? You release a kit that has a heart on it. No, not a symbolic, Haribo/playing card heart. It’s an anatomic heart connected with veins and capillaries. Has Zamora CF got your attention? Good.
The kit top is black and over the top is a blue rib cage. These colours alone look similar to a Tesco fancy dress outfit. Running down the centre of the jersey and down onto the shorts is a diagram of the player’s central nervous system. Furthermore, in the centre of the chest is the large red heart. Within the heart is the club’s crest which is certainly overshadowed by the overall design.
Kappa has ensured that Zamora CF’s players will certainly stand out whenever this terrifying kit is used.
