You’ve Seen Their Home and Away Kits. It’s Time to See Al Ahli’s Third Kit.
A couple of weeks ago we introduced you to Al Ahli’s latest football kits. These introductory pieces went down a storm with our audience, so we’re here to show you the club’s third kit. But who are they? Well, Al Ahli play in the Saudi Pro League. They were founded in 1932, and right now, the club sits in second place. Their current position is just two points behind Al Nassr, so everything is to play for. To help boost them up the table, Al Ahli has teamed up with Umbro to reveal their third kit. Let’s take a look.
The kit’s main colouring is slightly hard to decipher. It appears to be a dark turquoise or greenish-navy. This strange colour is contrasted perfectly with the lighter shade of colour that runs in a netting pattern across the front and, furthermore, with the bright turquoise that highlights Al Ahli’s other key features. These features include the club’s crest, Umbro’s logo and Al Ahli’s main sponsor.
Running around the bottom of each sleeve is a pattern that we’ve seen several times in 2018. The sleeves are bordered with inter-linked Umbro logos. We saw the designer’s trademark sleeve pattern yesterday on Atletico Tucuman’s third kit. Here, the inter-linked pattern completes the kit nicely and matches the thin turquoise line that runs around the simple neckline.
Umbro’s kits are known to be stylishly designed. However the creative team works hard to not only craft a great-looking jersey, but one that is practical too. Al Ahli’s third kit incorporates Umbro’s cutting-edge, breathable and easy-move technology within the kit. This ensures that the players can chase down the title, while feeling at their calmest and coolest.
We at UK Soccer Shop like the three kits a lot. Which has been your favourite?
