New Football Kits

Atletico Tucuman Has Revealed Their 2018/19 Home Kit by Umbro

Argentinian Side Atletico Tucuman Has Released a Kit to be Proud of.

Argentina, as a country, is good at football. There are few who can throw doubt on that statement. While their 2018 World Cup dreams ended in misery, the country’s Primera Division is alive and kicking. As you might be able to tell from the heading, Atletico Tucuman has released their latest home kit, but who are they, and why should we care?

The club was founded in 1902. They play in San Miguel de Tucumán. Their head coach, Ricardo Zielinski, will want to see his team not only cement their current second place, but also fight for the title. Atletico Tucuman’s nickname is The North Giant. Their 35,000 capacity crowd will see the club play at home on 28/10 against Independiente, another club who has recently released an excellent kit.

Argentina is famous in the footballing world for their stylistic football, their constant flair and the blue and white vertical stripes. These stripes are found in Atletico Tucuman’s home kit. Sitting on top of this blue and white canvas are the club’s crest, their main sponsor and Umbro’s logo. Each element on the kit top is clear, uncluttered, and compliments the others positively. Sometimes a jersey can appear cluttered simply because of the placement of these logos, however with Atletico Tucuman’s home kit, that simply isn’t the case.

Running around the simple neckline is a charcoal bordering. This bordering can also be found at the bottom of each sleeve, incorporating Umbro’s diamond logo. We have seen Umbro’s trademark bordering multiple times this year, however Atletico Tucuman’s is a little different.

While the kit looks excellent, it is also entirely practical. Atletico Tucuman’s home kit incorporates Umbro’s cutting-edge breathable technology. This technology allows players to feel at their coolest under even the most intense pressure.
