Positive Promotional Photographs from Mansfield Town. A League Two Club.
They might not be the biggest club in English football. They might not even be in the top thirty. They’re no Premier League team but Mansfield Town are still an important club. “Why?” You might ask. Well we at UK Soccer Shop believe that every club is important because no matter the size of the football team, there are supporters out there who to them, that club means the world. Also because they’ve released promotional photographs of their latest away kit that are excellent. The photos show the kit in the best light and we love it.
Mansfield Town currently sit in 15th place of League Two. While there has only been seven games played, David Flitcroft will hope to see his team competing further up the table. They’ve taken all six points from their last two fixtures so perhaps the ball is starting to really roll in their favour.
Their away kit has been seen several times so far this season. Most notably in their win over Lincoln City, the league’s current leaders. let’s take a look at it.
Mansfield Town’s away kit is charcoal with a light grey, zig-zagging pattern running across the chest. Underneath this linear pattern is the club’s crest, their main sponsor, and Surridge’s logo. Each element remains uncluttered and the kit has plenty of character.
The nape has been utilised by the designers with the word, “Stags.” This reflects the animal in the club’s crest and Mansfield Town’s nickname. Around each of the sleeves is a golden band of material, and, furthermore, the kit offers a simple neckline. There is no built-up collar on show.
Breathable technology is essential for any football kit. Surridge utilises their own version of breathability to allow the Mansfield Town players to feel cool when chasing down promotion.
