Belarus Reveal Their Excellent 2018/19 Away Kit by Joma
They Might Not be a Top International Side, But Belarus Have Released an Expert Away Kit.
The last time we looked at any kit release from Belarus was in 2016. There is good reason for this. They’re ranked 78th, so in terms of international teams, there were a few countries ahead of them in the queue. Today, as we took a look at the kit releases over the past few weeks, we found the country’s latest away kit. It’s simple, but the small design characteristics are done so well that we simply had to bring it to you. In their past six fixtures, they’ve picked up three wins, two draws, and a loss. Igor Kriushenko will be happy with the results they’ve won and will be urging, when he next sees them, on to further positive results.
On to the away kit.
It’s red. It’s a simple choice and one that we think pays off. The colours used, as well as the pattern on the jersey come straight from Belarus’ flag. On top of this red blank canvas sits the country’s footballing badge – which is stunning – as well as Macron’s name.
Around both the simple semi-collared neckline and the bottom of each sleeve runs half white and half green material. This adds character to the kit and completes it nicely. Furthermore, the white and red crochet pattern seen in the flag runs under the arms, down to the bottom of Belarus’ kit top.
Finally, on the nape of the jersey, Joma have placed a patchwork pattern here representative of the dictator-led country’s pride.
We’re just leaving the international break, which most football fans will be pretty pleased about. The next game for Belarus is against Luxembourg next month. It’ll be a fixture that both the teams and the fans will hope they can win.
