Cagliari Reveal their Excellent 2018/19 Home Kit by Macron
You might just have read Cagliari as Calgary, like this author did. You might not know that it’s the capitol city of Sardinia, an Italian island, or that their sea is incredibly blue, like misleading holiday photographs, or perhaps you didn’t know that the football team has just finished their Serie A season in sixteenth place. Whether you already knew those facts or have just found them out on the internet, the team, together with Macron has just released their 2018/19 home kit and it is simple but stylish (surely a catchphrase, by now).
The two colours on the kit top are red and charcoal, simple and going together well.
Nicknamed ‘the Islanders’, the club’s kit top features the club’s crest, main sponsor and designer logo across the chest.
Tapering the bottom of the sleeves are inverted colours (charcoal on red and vice versa). Down the sides of the kit top features fulyl breathable fabric to ensure breathability.
While the club will be hoping for a higher finishing place next season, this simple, effective kit will make sure that all eyes are on the football and not at all distracted by what each player is wearing. We look forward to seeing how Luis Diego López’ team does next season, hopefully staying well away from the relegation zone.
