Werder Bremen 125 Anniversary Jersey Released
Werder Bremen have released a new jersey as they proudly celebrate its illustrious 125-year history since its inception. To commemorate this momentous occasion, the German club has collaborated with its shirt manufacturer, Hummel, to unveil a special anniversary jersey.
Crafted in the team’s signature dark green with elegant white accents, the jersey has a stunning but simplistic style. Adding a unique touch, the motto “Lebenslang grün-weiß” (Lifelong Green-White) graces the back of the neck, serving as a tribute to the club’s legacy. The 125-year anniversary logo positioned just beneath the collar.
CEO of SV Werder Bremen Klaus Filbry, spoke of the importance of the milestone. “This anniversary jersey is a significant milestone for us. It’s with great pleasure that we unveil this special jersey to our fans, created in collaboration with hummel. The design, inspired by our heritage, represents the seamless blend of our storied past and vibrant present, making it the perfect emblem for 125 years of Werder Bremen.”

Bremen will debut the jersey against 1. FC Heidenheim at the Weserstadion on 10th February.
