Chile Home Kit 2018/19 Revealed
After showing you Chile’s away kit last week, we thought we’d show you their new away kit, designed by Nike and retaining the simplicity and elegance which was demonstrated with the away kit. While the South American team has failed to qualify for the 2018 World Cup, it is still worth noting their design, ready perhaps for them to make a splash in future tournaments. The team are currently ranked ninth in the world so naturally, this bounce back is a complete possibility.
The jersey itself is red, the national colour and the logos on the front are the country’s crest and the Nike Swoosh. Around the neck is a blue outline, which, on the nape houses the inner logo of Chile: a shield with a star inside.
Across the shoulders and back appear physical, vertical lines, giving the top more stretch and shape. Underneath these vertical lines, bordered by a line that highlights the shoulders, are a host of horizontal stripes, each utilising the breathable fabric as a physical medium.
The shorts are simple blue to match the neck colouring and the socks are also this same colour.
